Microwave Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Red potatoes
  • Seasoning Salt (or package of Lipton's Onion Soup Mix)
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Clean, quarter and cut up Red Potatoes (I do good bite-sized pieces) into a microwave safe dish.
  2. Sprinkle with seasoning salt (sometimes I use a package of dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix).
  3. Drizzle olive oil over all.
  4. Microwave on high in 4 minute intervals. Let rest in between...generally takes four times. Stir once.
  5. Serve. These are always a go-to when in a hurry and everyone likes them!
