Nancy Eberts – Eberts Harvesting Inc.

I have lost count of the days, but we continue on with soybean harvest.

The air is chillier in the mornings, as well as the early evenings. The leaves are changing colors and with today’s wind, were everywhere.

Fall is everywhere!

Our soybean acres are getting less and less and there are several combines in the corn fields already. So, things aren’t gonna slow down, which is the way it is supposed to be. The goal is to stay healthy and keep things moving!

One combine’s electrical finally repaired – never a “productive” time when it has to go into a shop for analysis.

Did he stop too fast or miscalculated his load!?

Dylan’s Snapchats of his combines “muddy adventures”.

Soybean dust is a very fine dust and with today’s wind it made for some “pay attention” moments!

Gotta love those soybean sunsets!

Alas…supper served at 8:00 consisted of pork ribs, potatoes and a recipe (I received from Robin) affectionately known as “Colton’s Salad” — his favorite.
