Tater Tot Hotdish
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Ground Beef
- Lawry's Seasoning Salt (to taste)
- 1 can Tomato Soup
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- ½ Small bag Frozen Peas
- 1 Small bag Frozen Corn
- 8 oz. Sharp Cheddar, Shredded
- Tater Tots
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Brown the beef. Season with Lawry's.
- Add tomato soup and cream of chicken soup.
- Add corn and peas or any vegetables you prefer.
- Sprinkle with 75% of cheddar cheese. Place tater tots on top of cheese. Sprinkle tater tots with Lawry's.
- Bake on 375°-400° for 25-40 minutes, depending on your oven. (high if it's a camper) Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
