I tried a new recipe for lunch today for lunch from Jenny at Prairie Californian http://
I made a bowl with the vegetables and cheese and a separate bowl with the taco meat since it was still hot when I headed out. I brought the bag of chips and bottle of Western dressing and mixed it together in the field. I also added a can of pinto beans. Everyone liked it and it is definitely a keeper for the field!
