Lemon Bar Magic Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box French vanilla cake mix (plus ingredients to make)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 3/4 cup lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
- 1 (1oz) sugar free instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 8 (oz) container Cool Whip

Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a 9x13 pan
- Mix cake mix according to instruction on the package and pour into pan. DO NOT BAKE, set aside.
- Combine the lemon bar filling ingredients. Whisk together and pour into pan with prepared cake mix.
- Bake 40-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Combine the frosting ingredients and spread over cooled cake. Garnish with a little lemon zest and chill till ready to serve.
