Nancy Eberts – Eberts Harvesting Inc.
We are “in the field”!
From calving to fieldwork there is, thankfully, a 30 degree change in the temperatures. We have had some truly nice spring weather though, in the 60’s.
However, the wind is never ending and there is a need for moisture here in our southwest corner of North Dakota. The burn bans are on.

The smell of dirt gets a little sweeter with age…

We are also spraying.

This giant piece of equipment is one of the things I would rather watch than run but did, for a moment, imagine having a header this size! 🙂

We await growing winter wheat reports as we plant our spring wheat. We have yet to plant canola, corn and flax. It is a hopeful season even as the commodity prices keep declining to unsustainable lows.
