Erica's Mac Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Elbow Macaroni
- 8 oz. KoJack Cheese, cubed
- ½ lb. Ham, cubed
- 1 lb. Frozen Peas
- 1-1-1/2 Cups Miracle Whip
- ¼ cup dill pickle relish or pickles chopped
- ¼ Cup yellow mustard
- Salt & Pepper
- ¼-½ cup Dill Pickle Juice
- Dill, optional
Instructions
- Boil noodles.
- Chop ingredients.
- Rinse noodles with cold water.
- Combine all ingredients. Add extra pickle juice as needed.
- I usually pour more pickle juice on top before heading to the field since the pasta will soak it up.
- This can easily be the main course.
