Count your blessings…not your worries!

Nancy Eberts – Eberts Harvesting Inc.

At the end of the day :
– I am ready for sleep
– I look forward to the next sunrise
– I reflect on what I accomplished and what still needs to be done
And I think to myself – it’s gonna be all right.

Harvest has it’s never-ending to do’s and moments that have you jumping from one situation to the next.

Your grocery store trips are exhausting, but it’s always nice to visit with friends.

You often go to town more than once.  You start to wish the various parts and repair counters served popcorn!

But at the end of the day, you’re grateful everything and everyone is moving.

As  I reflect, I know the blessings are so much more than the burdens.

Our grandchildren are starting school – just writing that is life-changing! In a blink, I feel like I went from school supplies to weddings to grandkids in school .

All four of our children are celebrating their anniversaries from August 21 -Sept 5th! Imagine four weddings at this time of year! Yet, somehow, they all were fabulous and harvest still happened. I smile and my heart beats with pride when I look back.

They are the harvest I am most proud of.

The two little men aren’t yet enrolled but supportive of their cousins! 😂

Happy Anniversary kiddos and thanks for being you!

Here’s a great breakfast casserole!

Another scrumptious casserole from our daughter, Adrienne’s, garden and cupboard.

She layered, in a casserole, cubed rotisserie chicken. In a frying pan, brown onions, mushrooms and zucchini in butter! She put it in the crockpot and added a jar of her homemade canned marinara sauce! We served with rice. Can add cheese, as well
Super easy…super tasty!

So the wheat and hay harvest continue.

We count our blessings and not our worries!
