Impossible Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 2 Tablespoons margarine
- 1 13 oz. can evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 can pumpkin
- 2 1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Seasoning
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix for 2 minutes
- Pour into greased pie plate.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
- Very quick and easy - makes its own pie crust.
- Can be doubled for 9 x 13 pan.
