Quick & Easy Mini Pies
Ingredients
- Packaged pie crusts
- can of pie filling
- beaten egg
a fork!
Instructions
- I rolled the pie crust a little and got 12 mini pies per single crust.
- Use a wide mouth jar lid to make the individual circles.
- I used my good old hand processor to chop up the chunky pie filing.
- Simply add a little less than a teaspoonful of filling per circle, fold and press edges with a fork. One can of filling goes a longggggg way.
- Brush with beaten egg and place on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for 14 minutes at 425°
- I frosted with powdered sugar frosting.
