Twice Baked Taters
Ingredients
- 6 baking potatoes
- 1 pkg ranch powder mix or more to taste
- milk
- sour cream (about 1/2 cup or more to make creamy)
- butter
- shredded cheddar cheese
- bacon bits
- green onion (optional)
Instructions
- Bake potatoes until tender.
- Cut in half and scoop out insides.
- Mash the potato insides & mix in the ranch, milk, sour cream & some butter.
- Scoop back into the potato skins and sprinkle with cheddar cheese & bacon bits.
- Bake at 350° until warmed through and cheese is melted.
- Top with green onion before serving or on the side.
