Ingredients

  • 6 baking potatoes
  • 1 pkg ranch powder mix or more to taste
  • milk
  • sour cream (about 1/2 cup or more to make creamy)
  • butter
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • bacon bits
  • green onion (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bake potatoes until tender.
  2. Cut in half and scoop out insides.
  3. Mash the potato insides & mix in the ranch, milk, sour cream & some butter.
  4. Scoop back into the potato skins and sprinkle with cheddar cheese & bacon bits.
  5. Bake at 350° until warmed through and cheese is melted.
  6. Top with green onion before serving or on the side.
