Mom's Honey Garlic Ribs
Ingredients
- 4 lbs spare ribs
- 3/4 cup Brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
Instructions
- Turn roaster oven on to 350 degrees.
- Bake ribs for 2 hours.
- Combine sugar, cornstarch, water, soy sauce, honey and garlic in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Drain grease off of ribs and then pour honey garlic sauce over ribs.
- Cook the ribs and sauce for 10-20 minutes on low & serve!(depending on crew size this recipe can be doubled or tripled to meet the needs of the crew)
- Cook rice in instant pot and serve.
