Parmesan Potatoes
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- butter
- parmesan cheese
- garlic salt
Instructions
- I saw the potatoes just recently on Facebook and, of course, thought I could remember it but, nonetheless, tried it?
- I melted 1/2 cup butter in a 9x13 brownie pan.
- Spread lots of parmesan cheese and a little garlic salt over the butter.
- Scrubbed, then cut 4 baking potatoes in half and lay cut side in butter.
- I baked 40 minutes at 350°.
- I thought they were fantastic and a plus is they ship well to the field. And could be considered a utensil-free food!
