Pulled Pork for 60
Ingredients
- Pork roast
- Sauce:
- 1/2 gallon of bulls eye
- 1/2 gallon of ketchup
- 1 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp dry mustard
- 2 tbsp chilli
- A good dose of Worcestershire
Instructions
- Cook the pork in large electric roaster, or in the oven in large roaster.
- Take out some of the juice when it is cooked and add sauce.
- Let it cook for a bit longer.
