Ranch Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 6-8 med potatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Mix together
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Mix together

Instructions
- Cook potatoes in 1 inch pieces until tender.
- Mix cooked potatoes with sauce in a large bowl.
- Dump mixture into 9x13 pan and cover with cornflake topping.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- I do this in my large electric roaster, just x4 the recipe.
