Nicole Small – 2S Land and Cattle
I’m back in the field today. I took yesterday off to take the boys to the orthodontist (Trimmell & Anders Orthodontics is awesome) and pack the boys for a week long trip with my parents. This morning I took the boys to the area Meats Judging and Livestock Skillathon contests. We left long before results, but it sounds like our 4-H group did really well today. They are still recovering from McPeak’s Be A Champ Show Cattle & Lamb Camp, so there has been lots of sleeping in the truck. 🙂. It’s still hot here, what’s the weather like where you are?
Nicole and her husband, Randy, farm in Southeast Kansas. They, along with their two sons, also consider themselves ranchers. Nicole stays very busy working cattle, running combine during wheat and fall harvest, and chasing after those two boys who are involved in showing cattle, FFA and 4H. Some day she will stop and take a breath!
