Thankfully, today was much slower/more routine for me than yesterday!
Errands, deliver lunches, grocery store, elevator tickets, make & deliver dinners, and shuffle guys between fields.

So, I’ll share a recipe! I’m a fan of this recipe because I almost always have all the ingredients in my kitchen and it can be made pretty quickly. This feeds 6-8 guys.

Hamburger Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Hamburger
- Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 - 2 cans of Mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cup Beef Broth
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- Salt, Pepper & Garlic Powder
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 bag extra wide egg noodles
Instructions
- Brown & drain hamburger and remove from pan.
- Sauté mushrooms & onions in olive oil and butter for a few minutes until onion is tender. Sprinkle with flour (maybe a couple tablespoons) & mix.
- Put hamburger back in pan with mushrooms and onions.
- Add soup & beef broth and stir until combined.
- Cook on low for 30 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally. Add seasoning to taste.
- Add sour cream to the pan a few minutes before serving.
- Serve over egg noodles.
