Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
- 1 bag boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can spicy diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 sliced onion
- 4 slices bell peppers
- 1/2 block Velveeta Queso Blanco
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to pan, stir and bake at 400 for an hour. Once chicken is cooked through, drain excess juices from pan. Add queso blanco and put back into oven until cheese is melted.
- Wrap in tortillas and serve.
