The wheels keep on rolling! It may be slow at times due to mud, but we’re still going! I took dinner to the guys and rode along for a bit tonight. Even with all the mud, the guys were still happy to be running 😄

Ingredients
- 2-3lbs Stew meat or cut up steak
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 2 cans mushrooms (optional)
- 1 medium onion - diced
- 2 cups beef broth (I use beef base, but bouillon cubes would work too)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- Garlic powder
Instructions
- Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam. Spread meat out over the bottom of the pan. Season to taste with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Put on a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce. Cover meat with mushrooms and onions.
- In a bowl mix together soup, soup mix and beef broth. Pour over meat and make sure the meat is completely covered.
- Cover with foil and bake at 300 for 3 hours. Feeds 6 to 8 guys.
- Serve over rice, egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
