Tah Dah! Pretty cool Mothers Day Boxes….. 2x2x2x2 and 8 inches tall! They can hold a variety of goodies or gifts.
Josh received a birthday box from home (New York) and part of what was included were (most of) the ingredients and directions for the birthday cake his mom used to always make for him. He went to town and picked up the rest of the ingredients, came home and commenced to making it! I had a blast watching him make it and talk about all the awesome cakes his mom has made, not only for him but lots of people! The crust is crushed Oreos (with butter) the next layer is the (cut) ice cream blocks.
This is the instructions she sent him:
On top of the ice cream is the Mrs. Richardson’s chocolate sauce!
Nancy has been making the custom harvest journey with her husband, Myron, since 1982. In those early years of life on the road, she could be found in the combine or truck - along with any or all of their four children. These days, her time is mostly spent taking care of two campers, walking to the clothesline and back, cooking on the grill, paperwork in the office and windshield time in the cab of a pickup. Whatever it takes to “get ‘er done”! When Myron and Nancy aren't on the road, they call South Heart, North Dakota home.
