It’s officially the first rain delay of the season!
This will definitely green things up!
Even though we haven’t harvested yet we are in full training with our crew and presently farming. For this HarvestHER, more often than not, it means a head start on the next day’s meals, laundry, being able to complete the days dishes, and maybe even get to watch the news.
Have one camper ready to work on and load.
Everyone has the choice of a good night’s sleep. 😉 Myron and I will take it.
We are thankful for the moisture and would love nothing more than to be able to direct more of it to our southern friends and customers.
Nancy has been making the custom harvest journey with her husband, Myron, since 1982. In those early years of life on the road, she could be found in the combine or truck - along with any or all of their four children. These days, her time is mostly spent taking care of two campers, walking to the clothesline and back, cooking on the grill, paperwork in the office and windshield time in the cab of a pickup. Whatever it takes to “get ‘er done”! When Myron and Nancy aren't on the road, they call South Heart, North Dakota home.
