A little frost this wonderful morning here in North Dakota.  We are so very close to spring…yet this morning we were greeted with these frosty conditions.

The Polaris Ranger is a bit wintery looking!

The crew enjoying breakfast. You can easily see the entertainment is in the palm of their hands. I am pretty sure they were checking the weather to see if it will ever warm up🤣

Dylan smiled for the camera, while Cody tries to be serious and Josh is probably ordering parts for his pickup.

Today, we will have a day of combine repairs and updates in the shop. Some of the crew will be welding guard rail and panels, as well. Breakfast was a sausage potato bake, lunch is leftover BBQ pork loin in homemade buns and supper will be my redneck cavatani (meaning less the fancy sauces and special pricey cheeses🤣)

Today should actually be the coldest day (20 degrees) of the week. They are even forecasting rain for Wednesday.

I had a great weekend which included a Lenten day retreat on Saturday and a family celebration for my birthday on Saturday night.

Sunday, after mass, I enjoyed the movie “War Room” with family and neighbors (Myron was busy with calving). A group of us meet once a week during Lent for a faith-based movie, soup, bread and fellowship. Last week, we went to the movie theater to see “The Shack”.  Both movies were wonderful – I highly recommend them both.

The best surprise? A wonderful new Weber grill from our awesome kids and grandkids! The perfect gift for me! I was in desperate need of one and am ready and excited to start grilling again.

Never to be forgotten, the unending chore of laundry!!!
